Capacity & Dimensions:

  • Accommodates up to 350 persons

Rental fees:

  • 1,500 In Parish rate    $1,700 out of  Parish rate
  • Rate includes 6 guest hours (no later than midnight), set up table & chairs (for guest, cake and gifts), 1 security & clean up (sweep-mop-removal of trash). 
  • 50% of rental  fee due at time of booking


  • Damage deposit required for all events.

Wedding/Regular events $250.00Quincianera/Sweet sixteen $400.00                                                        

(Deposit will be refunded after the event only if damages not incurred)


  • Tables and chairs

8 ft. rectangular tables & 12 ft. rectangular tables for guest

2 round tables (60”) for cake or gifts

  • Prep kitchen 10 X 15 includes oven, microwave double commercial fridge
  • Stage 22 x 12 for DJ or band
  • Prep kitchen 10 X 15 includes oven, microwave, dbl. sink & dbl. commercial fridge
  • Concession available if needed

Security Requirements:

  • Contracted by St. Gregory the Great Catholic School

Regular events require 1 officer per 100 guests

Quincianera/Sweet sixteen require 2 officers per 150 guest
